Spirituality is very simple. It is about how profoundly God loves me every second of my life. The difficult part is consciously realizing this. This happens when I spend much morning time concentrating on God’s Love. Then, throughout the day, I can walk gently and slowly with God and experience God. This then helps to keep negative thinking and words from having any control over me. I want to be surrounded by God’s Uplifting and Caring Presence.
