WHOEVER HAS LEFT THE DARKNESS OF SIN YEARNS FOR GOD. My desire for God becomes deeper and stronger when I turn toward God and turn away from thoughts, actions, and words that are self-centered or critical of others. So much emotional and spiritual freedom surrounds me when I let go and let God guide me. The embrace of my pain and suffering brings me closer to God because, in this embrace, I will yearn for God. My desire for God becomes deeper and stronger when I am quiet with God and loving toward others. This morning, time with God and kindness toward everyone is so important. It brings such inner peace and calm joy.
