Every morning becomes an opportunity to reflect on holy people throughout the centuries. They are often referred to as SAINTS. HOLY people teach me the purpose of life and how to live life. Silence in prayer and meditation also does this. And when I do not embrace negative thinking, words, or actions, I allow the constant and amazing LOVE OF GOD to take over. The simpler and more uncomplicated I become, the easier it is to experience God in each moment of life. BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD. INTO YOUR HANDS, O LORD, I COMMEND MY SPIRIT.
