Meditation, each morning, stops me and slows me down so I can listen to God speak words of LOVE and COMPASSION to me. In becoming quiet with God, I will discover the basic principle of a peaceful life: to be quiet and receptive to God’s Presence and be kind, loving, and generous to everyone on this sacred day. My life must be filled with God and with love for everyone. Then, I will have an uplifted life with a consistent and continual EXPERIENCE OF GOD. My soul is always at rest as I turn toward this Loving God in each moment of this day. GIVE ME AGAIN THE JOY OF YOUR HELP. WITH A SPIRIT OF FERVOR, SUSTAIN ME.
