The beginning of taking time for prayer and meditation reminds me to consistently surrender to God in every moment of the day. This means kind thoughts and actions toward everyone and consistent prayer and meditation throughout the day. Yes, ONLY IN GOD AND GOD’S LOVE IS MY SOUL AT REST. This must be my primary focus in life.
