As I look at the lives of holy people, Saints over the years, I realize that they discovered the secret of a peaceful life: an abundance of prayer and meditation and an abundance of kind and loving thoughts and actions. Life is not meant to be rushed. Life is mean to always be consistent experience of God. I must slowly and gently be reflectively aware of God’s Presence and be always giving, loving and kind. There is no room for negativity but only room for God and God’s Love in each moment of life. MY HEART IS READY, O GOD, MY HEART IS READY.
