Happiness is the result of opening my heart and mind to God in each second of life. It is never based on what happens to me. It is only based on my surrender to God in this present moment. How people treat me or what might happen to me is not the source of happiness. The source of happiness is how I lovingly treat other people and humbly and gratefully embrace this moment that will turn me toward God who is always loving me and lifting me up. THE LORD IS COMPASSION AND LOVE. Yes, I will rest in YOU, MY GOD, AND MY ALL.
