I discover more and more that Joy and Peace are the result of resting in God in prayer and meditation and bringing kindness and love to everyone I encounter each day. Because God is Love, my journey through life must always be a gentle walk in Love toward all. When I am not loving, I am putting up obstacles to experiencing God. So, no negativity in thoughts, words or actions throughout this day. I will look and see LOVE everywhere. I will listen and experience God’s Loving Presence in everything and in everyone. MY SOUL WILL REJOICE IN THE LORD throughout this day.
