God is “my strength, my rock, my fortress, my mighty help.” When I quietly and gently embrace this present moment, I experience God’s LOVE and HELP and STRENGTH. I do not need to linger over the past or ponder over the future. God is THE ETERNAL NOW OF DIVINE LOVE. Focus only on this present moment and there I will find God in everyone and in everything.
