In the early morning hours God speaks to me. The message seems to always be that God loves me and the slower and more reflective I am throughout this day, the deeper will be my experience of God. True joy and peace come from God in a gentle focus on God in this present moment. I need only to stay in this moment and focus on GOD’S LOVING PRESENCE. Then I can let God take over and lead me, guide me, love me and heal my inner self. In God I am truly at rest and Faith in God’s Love deepens.
