Believing in Jesus, two who were blind are cured.
In our readings today, we hear Isaiah and Matthew’s stories of Jesus healing two blind men and giving them sight. Advent is a time to dispel darkness and turn to the light of Christ.
Loving God, help us to see you in the light that you give us in our lives and our world. Help us to see more clearly when we are living in the darkness of despair so that we can fully see the light that you give us to lead and guide us.
