This longing needs to be embraced throughout this day through prayer, meditation, gratitude, and loving acts of kindness in action and thoughts. Early morning reflection and quietness help me to have HOLY LONGINGS FOR GOD IN EACH MOMENT OF THIS DAY. And then I realized more that in God, my soul is at rest.
