Mark 6:45-52
Jesus calls us to remain in His love, and God is in us. Love is important, and we need to remain in God’s love. Prayer has been important to Jesus since He retreated after feeding the five thousand. He needed to spend time in prayer. Jesus reminds us to pray also if we are to remain in God’s love. This is essential to our own faith life.
Lord God, help us to remain in Your love as You remain in us. Help us to be open to deepening our own prayer life so we can listen to You with open ears, hear Your voice, and follow you more closely.
