Current State of MI RN license. Minimum of two (2) years successful experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a CARF accredited facility. Current CPR/AED Certification. Familiarity with medical software and equipment. Experience in chemical dependency and addiction treatment preferred. Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Critical Thinking and Analysis – Self-appraisal, professional development, and the value of evidence and research for practice. Reflecting on practice, feelings, and beliefs and the consequences of these on individuals and/or groups. |
Provision and Coordination of Care – Coordination, organization and provision of nursing care that includes the assessment of individuals/groups, planning, implementation and evaluation of care. |
Collaborative and Therapeutic Practice – Establishing, sustaining and concluding professional relationships with individuals/groups. Understanding contribution to the interdisciplinary health care team |
