When I look at the history of life, it is filled with amazing, holy, and kind people who are not so holy or kind. But everyone has two things in common: birth and death. What happens between birth and death is most important for me so I can lead a life of joy, peace, love, and gratitude. It can be easy to minimize how short my life on earth really is. As I realize this more, I become focused on the fact that each moment is meant to be a surrender to God and an experience of God, who is always LOVING me and inspiring me to come closer. Each moment of life is a Holy Moment with God helping me and healing me.
