Baptism of the Lord, Feast
When Jesus had been baptized and was praying, heaven was opened.
God reveals that He loves His Son, Jesus, the beloved Son of the Father. How do you feel the love of God or Jesus in your life? We probably have felt God’s love in our lives multiple times.
God, our Creator, we thank You for Your gift of love for Your Son, Jesus. Help us remember that you have loved us from the beginning of time. Help us to continue to receive Your love and to pass that love on to others.
The Christmas season is now officially over. Ordinary Time Begins Tomorrow.
