Guest House is embarking on a new adventure, and you are invited to be a part of it. Alumni, benefactors and friends of Guest House, including all in leadership roles in the Church, are welcome to join us as we celebrate the legacy of Matt Talbot on a pilgrimage to Ireland. This once-in-a-lifetime trip is being coordinated by CIE Tours International.
The dates for this excursion are June 28 to July 5, 2019, and encompass a three-city tour to Galway, Killarney and Dublin, with many stops along the way, including Mass at the Shrine of Venerable Matt Talbot. The cost of $1965 is a land-only, per-person rate and includes hotel accommodations based on twin-bedded rooms with private bath for six nights (single occupancy option available on first-come basis for an added cost of $499), six full breakfasts, three dinners, daily Mass, guided walking tour of Galway, horse-drawn jaunting car ride in Killarney, tour of Dublin with a local guide, 12-Step meetings and visits and admission fees to the following featured destinations:

- Ballintubber Abbey
- Knock Shrine
- Cliffs of Moher
- Adare (Photo Shop)
- Muckross Gardens
- Blarney Castle & Woolen Mills
- Rock of Cashel
- Trinity College (Book of Kells)
- Patrick’s Cathedral
Regarding the air travel portion of the trip, currently, for an additional cost of $980, we have seats reserved on the following flights:
Departing flight- United Airline Inc.
June 28 departing Newark, New Jersey (EWR) at 7:35 p.m., arriving in Dublin (DUB), June 29 at 7:05 a.m.
Return flight- United Airline Inc.
July 5 departing Dublin (DUB) at 9:20 a.m., arriving in Newark, New Jersey (EWR) at 11:35 a.m.
If the airline flights above are not convenient for you, feel free to book your air travel on your own. When booking your travel, please keep in mind that all participants must be at the Dublin airport on June 29 no later than 11:00 a.m., as the bus coach will depart at that time to begin our excursion. If the arrival on June 29 is a concern for you, feel free to arrive a day or two early and explore the Dublin area on your own.
