FRIENDSHIP HOUSE OF MANGALORE

In January 2008, Guest House assumed operation of Friendship House near Mangalore, India, a center that has treated priests since 1993.  Although Guest House in Rochester, Minnesota has graduates of its programs in 46 other countries, the operation of Friendship House is our first truly international effort to provide treatment to the wider global Church.    The growth of the Church in India has been dramatic and with corresponding threats.  We hope to assist the Church in India and the rest of Asia to help their priests to be healthy, happy and holy in their service.

Friendship House can offer assistance in recognizing the disease, help in an intervention to save the priest’s or religious life, and treatment, to defeat the disease and restore a holy and happy life in ministry.  The treatment structure parallels that of Guest House which is described in detail on this website.
