Jesus’ human vocation is intertwined with his divine vocation.  The carpenter is the Savior; the Messiah comes as a worker.  So, too, each person’s vocation is intertwined; human’ and divine.

We are called to sanctify the ordinary every day.  Likewise, we must learn to see the ordinary as holy.

Dear God, may I see the spark of divinity in the ordinariness of today.  The silence; the noise; the saint; the sinner.  May I celebrate the gift of my vocation.
